Jessica Chastain: "People Kept Telling Me I Wasn't Pretty Enough"

Jessica Chastain posed for the cover of "Telegraph" magazine's latest issue and she looks incredibly sexy.


In an interview with the mag, Chastain, 37, opened up about being told she is attractive: "Only in the past five years have people been telling me I'm attractive. Before then, I wasn't getting parts because people kept telling me I wasn't pretty enough."

Jessica talked about her hair: "People would tell me to dye my hair blond when I first started auditioning. Funny how defined we are by how we present ourselves."

The "Interstellar" star also shared about having an assistant: "I do have an assistant now. And I do feel very fancy saying that. But it's just so that I don't have to go to sleep worrying about everything because I know that she's in charge of the schedule. She did go out and get me a chai this morning."

Christina Aguilera Shares First Photo Of Baby Girl Summer Rain

Christina Aguilera shared the first picture of her baby girl Summer Rain Rutler on Sunday.  



  

Aguilera, 34, took to social media to post an image of the newborn wearing a pink dress and a diaper that says "Lil Diva." She wrote on her Instagram account: "Watch out…another one's getting ready to conquer the world! #driven #diva2."

Christina and fiance Matthew Rutler welcomed Summer Rain in August. The singer also has a seven-year-old son named Max, with ex-husband Jordan Bratman.

When the pop star was still pregnant with Summer Rain over the summer, she posed completely nude for a sensational baby bump photo shoot with V magazine. "As a woman, I'm proud to embrace my body through all stages of life, staying fearless and confident in surrendering to the unknowns the future has in store," she said at the time.

1. Selling out to America? That pisses me off. We're not the first English rock band that went to the States.  
 

2. I love the fact we're still on the road. I was born to be a factory worker really, so for me the chance to get on stage at Wembley 30 years after we started is amazing.

3. When we set out to replace Steve Clark, Vivian Campbell exceeded our wildest expectations.

4. (in reference to getting into the band) I was tall and I had long hair and I didn't look wimpy.

5. To be honest, I'm a bit of a snob now; give me a Four Seasons anywhere in the world and I'm happy. Also, they've just opened a Ritz-Carlton in County Wicklow, Ireland, which is stunning and has great views.

7. People always ask me how we got the name Def Leppard. Actually, it came from a poster I had made which depicted a rather strange-looking jungle cat with a hearing horn at his ear.
